1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ba22 ("ba22", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://ba22.io ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the ba22 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the ba22 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of ba22 Platform features, you must create a registered account. By registering, you agree to the following conditions:

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information current and to update it promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) ba22 account only. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple ba22 accounts — whether under your own name or under false or third-party identities — is strictly prohibited. ba22 employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts and will take immediate enforcement action upon discovery.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ba22 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud-prevention obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonuses are processed:

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ba22 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though ba22 may apply transaction caps at its discretion for risk management purposes.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ba22 does not accept third-party deposits.
• ba22 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ba22 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your ba22 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider, typically within minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transactions.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used to make the corresponding deposit, unless ba22 expressly approves an alternative at its sole discretion.
• ba22 targets a withdrawal processing time of under four (4) hours for verified accounts. ba22 does not guarantee this timeframe and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• ba22 may require additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be processed until all outstanding verification requirements are satisfied.
• Any bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 6 before they become eligible for withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per device unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your ba22 account balance. Winnings generated from bonus funds are credited as bonus funds until the applicable wagering requirement is met in full.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ba22 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted by the ba22 system and a bet confirmation reference is issued to you. ba22 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after the advertised closing time for a market, bets placed on a market that has been suspended, or bets that ba22 reasonably suspects have been placed in breach of these Terms.

7.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event of a palpable error — including an obvious pricing mistake, a technical glitch, or a data feed failure — ba22 reserves the right to void any bets placed under such erroneous conditions. ba22 will notify affected players and return staked amounts to their account balances where a void decision is taken.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets on ba22. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by sport, market type, event, and individual account status. ba22 reserves the right to apply individual stake restrictions to specific accounts at any time.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ba22 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Opening or operating more than one ba22 account, whether under your own name or under any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point when communicating with ba22.
• Using any automated software, bots, scrapers, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access the Platform, place bets, or exploit any aspect of the service.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software, graphics, text, images, audio, video, and other materials on the ba22 Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of ba22 or its licensed content providers, including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights are reserved.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities resulting from Platform downtime, technical faults, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from decisions made based on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate or out of date.
• Losses arising from any third-party payment provider failure, delay, or error in processing your deposit or withdrawal.
• Any indirect or consequential losses, even where ba22 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

ba22's total cumulative liability to you in respect of any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ba22 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy

ba22 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of and is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the ba22 Privacy Policy. 12 Responsible Gaming

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account action, or any other Platform decision, you must first contact ba22's customer support team and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally. ba22 aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) Business Days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of ba22's internal resolution process, you may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body. ba22 will co-operate fully with any such process in good faith.
